Rewind to 2016 - Long time Ealing Road stakeholders Shailesh Vora and Jagtar Virdi had just been granted planning consent to build more residential apartments at 87 Ealing Road, Wembley. However, in 2018 the partners had another plan for the vacant site on the high street, a legacy which backs up what the road has been doing for 40 years..

TRADER Managing Director and daughter and niece to Shailesh and Jagtar, Rhisha Patel came up with the idea to build a local venue for the community in and around Wembley. 

The thing is, this wasn’t just a ‘hub’ but something new. They envisioned a space filled with local entrepreneurs, vibrant conversations, and of course, the energy to match Ealing Road. So, with the passion and vision in-hand, they were determined to bring this idea to life.

This was more than a project but an attempt to create a space for everyone, a grassroots venue for talent and growing future proof businesses in Wembley.
