Pa: Sah is a family run business with a mind set of serving the best of Nepalese and Newari food in Wembley.
The word Pa: Sah is derived from Newari language which means “Shop”. Nepal being a country rich in spices, Nepalese food always has a unique taste. Whereas Newar is ethnic community in Nepal, who have their own culture, tradition and beliefs. Newari people also have their own food and the technique used for the preparation of those food has made Newari food very special and famous in Nepal as well as in the world.
With this belief Pa: Sah is open to serve both Nepalese and Newari food.

Dad and owner of Pa: Sah has been working as a chef for the last 22 years in Uk. He always had a dream of owning his own food business. Finally, he has found a place where he can express his knowledge of food and serve it to the people.

“When you have a passion for food, you cook better and the food is tastier”, with this belief he has opened a food unit inside TRADER Wembley. He also wants to connect with the people through food and make them try something different and authentic. For this, he has his whole family team behind him, helping and moving hand in hand in this journey.
